Which is the nearest tube station from Park City Grand Plaza Kensington?

The Earls Court Station is the nearest tube station which is just 5 minutes’ walk and Gloucester Road Station is just 7 minutes’ walk.

What is the check-in & checkout time?

Our Check-in time - 2:30 PM and Checkout Time - 11:00 AM

Do you have inhouse restaurant?

Yes, Cempaka Kensington restaurant located on the lower ground floor of the Park City Grand Plaza.

What are restaurant opening hours?
  • Breakfast: Monday to Saturday - 7.30am to 10.30am & Sunday - 8.00am to 10.30am
  • Lunch: (Table Booking Required) Monday to Sunday - 12pm to 3pm (Last order at 2.30pm)
  • Take Away Menu: Available from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Menu is available in your room)
  • Dinner: (Table Booking Required) 5.30pm to 10.30pm Last order at 10am (Dining in at our Restaurant)
  • Room service will follow restaurant opening hours. Last order 9.30pm.
How many guests can be accommodated in the restaurant?

Restaurant can accommodate up to 80 guests

Is there Private Dining space?

It's open 24 hours a day and is complimentary for all in-house guests.

No, there is no trainer available. You can use equipment at your own risk.

Is parking available? If yes. Is it paid or free?

Onsite parking is not available. Street Parking is available.Nearest parking is NCP London Arthur Court. Please check http://www.ncp.co.uk/ for information on nearest car parks and booking online.

Are pets allowed at hotel or room? Is there any other space for special care of pets?

Pets are not allowed however, dogs to assist the blind are allowed

Are there any kitchen facilities along with utensils available at rooms?

Yes, kitchenette is available in ‘3 bedroom apartment.

Is there any baby cot/crib available if required?

Yes Complimentary baby cot available ( age up to 2 years old)

Are extra beds/rollaway beds available? Do kids stay free? Extra bedding available or not?

Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge in a crib. Free! All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. The maximum number of extra beds/cribs in a room is 1.

How many rooms have showers and bathtubs or both?.

We have rooms with bath and shower in bath and others with walk in shower. We do not guarantee either but a request can be made as preference

Is breakfast included in room booking?

Breakfast is never included in our rates and cannot be added to the reservation. As the restaurant is a separate entity within the hotel, clients can take breakfast in the restaurant but can only pay them directly.

Is there a 2 bedroom apartment or an apartment which can accommodate 5 adults?

No, we don't have 2 bedroom apartments. The max occupancy of some of our apartments is 4. For 5 adults, you can book 2 of our apartments.

How far is Twickenham from Kensington?

It is 9 miles away from Kensington.

Can I check-in early as my flight is landing in the morning without any charge?

We do not charge for an early check but that it is subject availability on the day. If the room is not ready, we can store the luggage free of charge.

Can I put my luggage in the building before and after check-in?

We are operating a 24h reception service therefore you can always store the luggage. Even if departure is late we can do so. We do not store the luggage or things for guests who are not in house or in between bookings therefore please make sure that your booking is made and you are our guest in -house so we can assist you.

Can I cancel the booking anytime without any charge?

No money back. In case of cancel,modified or no show all reservation amounts will be charged.

What are the nice places to see near Kensington?

There are a lot of places to visit near Kensington. Earls Court exhibition center, Royal Albert hall, Kings Road and Westfield shopping center are very close to the hotel.

Is daily maid service: cleaning, change of towels included?

We change towels daily and sheets every other day

Is shuttle service available from the airport to the hotel?

I am afraid we do not provide shuttle bus service. We can give you directions from the airport or bus/train station to the hotel.

Is there any balcony with the rooms? If Yes , please mention the rooms having balcony attached.

No, none of our rooms have balconies. Even if they do – they are not accessible. Only one room G12 is with a balcony and 3-bedroom apartment from the living room area, however this is accessible only if the whole apartment will be booked.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Flexible Offer
If cancelled up to 24 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Non-Refundable
Full charge taken when booking is made. Non-refundable and non- amendable.
